Dear valued client, text us before you leave you vehicle to make certain we are ready for you (the office properly disinfected before and after your appointment).  We ask you to properly wear your face mask when entering the office!

For the safety of both staff and clients, please advise if you or someone in your household is exhibiting and Covid symptoms.  If so, we will be happy to reschedule you, but please be mindful of our 48-hour cancellation policy.  Your gift certificate, e-card, or gift card will serve as guaranteed payment for the time/service you reserve.  For everyone's safety, please only come to the office if you do not pose a health risk to other customers or workers.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the reserved service, payable automatically.  A gift certificate, e-card, or gift card may serve as a full payment for the time/service reserved.  

We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.
