Cancellation Policy
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the reserved service, payable at your next appointment before any services are performed. A gift certificate, e-card, or gift card may serve as payment for the time reserved. We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services. ​ Thank you for your understanding.
